Certificate of
Sponsorship Explained
A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is an electronic record assigned by a licensed UK employer sponsor via the Home Office Sponsor Management System (SMS). It is not a physical document, but a unique reference number used in your visa application.
Babylon Health Limited holds an active UK Home Office Sponsor Licence, authorising us to recruit and sponsor skilled international workers under the Skilled Worker visa route.
We only issue CoS to candidates who have completed our recruitment process and received a formal job offer from us. We never charge fees for sponsorship.
